Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a PPC Manager, Multifamily to own paid media for a portfolio of multifamily clients. You will strategize budgets, bids, and narratives for client calls, driving growth and retention.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, build 90-day roadmaps, and provide clear performance stories on calls with US-based clients. Remote role with global reach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS, CPA, or pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Excellent spoken English with US-based clients on live calls.
• Experience with multifamily or multi-location clients is a strong plus.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, Multifamily you own paid media for a book of multifamily clients (multifamily owners and property management groups running large portfolios): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for multifamily or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
