Job summary

MAHLE Engine Components US seeks a Sales Administrator to be the primary product expert and sales representative for MAHLE Motorsport PowerPak and Custom sales. You will support customers via phone and process orders in SAP, handling pricing and customer records.

You will perform stock checks, track orders, monitor inventories, forecast component needs, and coordinate replenishment while resolving order discrepancies and AR issues to ensure accurate, timely deliveries and high customer

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and sales support to customers via phone and during visits.
• Enter, process, and track sales orders, production requests, returns, and credits using SAP.
• Perform data entry related to pricing, POs, order status, and customer records.
• Conduct stock checks, order tracking, and logistics follow ups to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor customer inventories, forecast component needs, and coordinate replenishment.
• Resolve order discrepancies and AR issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
