Job summary

MAHLE is seeking an Account Customer Service Representative - Automotive to manage customer communications, follow ups, and EDI insights. You will oversee the customer portal, track scorecard KPIs, and work to root cause issues within internal processes to improve delivery and satisfaction.

Key tasks include SAP data management, maintaining customer master records, processing shipments and invoices, and coordinating pricing, freight, and returns with cross-functional teams.

• Related experience in customer service or account management.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience with SAP.
• Dynamic communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, submit, verify and communicate release requirements.
• Manage SAP data and create customer master records; schedule new part numbers.
• Create and maintain customer material records and customer-specific work instructions.
• Process shipments and invoices; review and maintain customer website information.
• Compare Sales price lists with scheduling agreements and update ASN text.
• Monitor and troubleshoot EDI status and transactions; support root-cause analysis.
• Assist with returnable dunnage issues and process customer returns.
• Coordinate freight scheduling and expedite freight as needed.
• Research and resolve accounts receivable issues including freight charges and returns.
• Resolve delivery performance differences with customer locations; update scorecards.
