Job summary

Stellantis seeks an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Leader to drive NA powertrain battery tray/frame, casting, components, engine and transmission programs. You will guide the engineering team to design and launch processes that meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives across NM, NNM, and adaptation programs.

Responsibilities include overseeing RFQs, cost studies, facility and equipment installation, SIS deployment, and standardization across plants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or engineering technology required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in automotive manufacturing environment with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; able to translate data into executive summaries.

Responsibilities

• Lead Manufacturing Engineering for NA powertrain programs (NM, NNM, and adaptations).
• Oversee RFQs, scope definition, sourcing, and cost studies.
• Manage facilities, machine installation, and equipment standards.
• Guide SIS deployment and root-cause problem solving across plants.
• Drive standardization and cross-regional collaboration in facilities & processes.
• Travel 21%–40% to support NAFTA facilities.
