Job summary

Stellantis is seeking a Manufacturing Mechanical Engineer to join an engineering team to develop and launch processes for safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives across NM, NNM, and adaptation programs. The role supports NAM powertrain battery tray/frame, casting, components, engine, and transmission programs.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED with 3 years engineering or related technical field experience.
Ability to work with all levels of the organization and cross-functional teams.
Strong oral, written, presentation, and organizational skills.
Translate technical data into executive summaries for easy understanding.

Responsibilities

Perform assessments for process changes and investment requirements for cost studies.
Support NM/NNM powertrain programs, facilities, and installations.
Advise on site preparation, machine installation, and production readiness.
Drive standardization across plants and regional implementation.
