Job summary

Stellantis in Kokomo, IN is seeking to support all Manufacturing Engineering functions for North America powertrain battery tray/frame, casting, components, engine, and transmission programs. The role collaborates within an Engineering team to develop and launch processes that meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives for NM, NNM, and adaptation programs.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering or related technical field; or HS diploma with 3 years engineering experience.
• Ability to work with all levels of the organization.
• Strong written, oral, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of cost studies and strategic planning.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office; advanced a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments for process changes and investment requirements for cost studies.
• Support RFQ scope, sourcing, design, and installation of components and filtration.
• Support NM/NNM programs facilities, site preparation, and machine installation.
• Drive standardization across plants and regions.
• Participate in SPW deployment and root-cause problem solving.
