Job summary

Stellantis North America seeks a Manufacturing Engineering leader to oversee all ME functions for powertrain battery tray/frame, casting, components, engine, and transmission programs. Lead the engineering team to develop and launch processes that meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals across NM, NNM, and adaptation programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or engineering technology or 5 years of automotive manufacturing experience.
Able to interact with all levels of the organization and translate data for executives.
Experience leading large-scale manufacturing projects and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead all Manufacturing Engineering functions for NA powertrain programs.
Oversee RFQ, sourcing, and design of facilities and equipment.
Drive SIS deployment and root-cause problem solving across programs.
Manage NM/NNM programs facilities and site installations.
Develop and standardize processes and equipment across plants.
