RideNow Powersports & Rattlesnake Mountain Harley-Davidson in Kennewick, Washington, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to be the bridge between riders and the service department, delivering exceptional customer engagement, accurate estimates, and clarity that keeps machines running at peak performance.

You will greet customers, schedule repairs, document repair orders, educate on maintenance, provide updates, and ensure total customer satisfaction while collaborating with the shop

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a powersports or automotive dealership service environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to write clear, concise repair orders.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and be the primary contact through the service path.
• Schedule service appointments for repairs and maintenance.
• Document vehicle concerns and symptoms on repair orders for various vehicles.
• Educate customers on maintenance needs and provide clear cost estimates.
• Provide timely updates on repair progress and advise on additional work.
• Review completed work with customers at pickup and ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the service department to maintain a high‑performing shop.
