CEDAR CREEK MOTORSPORTS is looking for a customer-focused Powersports Service Advisor to join the service team in Wisconsin. You will bridge customers and technicians, create repair orders, and guide riders through service experiences with motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and other powersports.

The role emphasizes accurate estimates, clear communication, and efficient scheduling to ensure timely repairs and a smooth pickup. A passion for powersports and strong customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a service advisor, service writer, or in a dealership/customer service environment preferred.
• Knowledge of powersports vehicles, including motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and side-by-sides.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to explain technical information in a clear, customer-friendly way.
• Comfortable using computer systems for scheduling, repair orders, and invoicing.
• Valid driver’s license; motorcycle endorsement is a plus.
• Positive attitude, team mindset, and commitment to excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and assess service, maintenance, and repair needs.
• Create accurate repair orders, estimates, and timelines.
• Communicate clearly with technicians to document customer concerns and recommended repairs.
• Keep customers updated on repair status, approvals, delays, and completion.
• Schedule appointments and manage service workflow efficiently.
• Recommend maintenance, parts, accessories, and additional services when appropriate.
• Coordinate warranty, insurance, and service documentation as needed.
• Process payments and help ensure a smooth, professional pickup experience.
