Job summary

RideNow Powersports & Rattlesnake Mountain Harley-Davidson in Washington is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team. You will serve as the primary link between riders and the service department, delivering excellent customer engagement and accurate estimates.

You will schedule service appointments, document vehicle concerns, provide cost estimates, and communicate progress to customers and the Service Manager while ensuring high-quality service and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a powersports or automotive dealership service environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to write clear, thorough service repair orders.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them through the service, maintenance, and repair process.
• Schedule service appointments for repairs, maintenance, and recalls.
• Create accurate repair orders detailing vehicle concerns and symptoms for motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs and PWCs.
• Provide clear cost estimates and promote current promotions or services.
• Communicate repair progress and any delays to customers and the Service Manager.
• Review completed repairs with customers at pickup and explain work performed.
