Job summary

RideNow Powersports- Central Texas Harley-Davidson is seeking a Service Advisor to greet customers, schedule service, and guide them through the repair journey for motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and PWCs.

You will document customer concerns, provide clear estimates, and communicate progress while promoting services and promotions. A valid license and strong communication are essential; motorcycle endorsement is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a powersports or automotive dealership.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to write clear and concise service repair orders.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service appointments for repairs, maintenance, and recalls.
• Be the first point of contact for customers and guide them through the service process.
• Accurately document customer concerns on repair orders for powersports equipment.
• Communicate recommended work or delays to the Service Manager and customers.
• Educate customers on required services and provide clear cost estimates.
• Promote additional services and current promotions.
• Monitor repair progress and keep customers updated on status.
