Job summary

RideNow Powersports Goodyear is seeking a customer‑focused Service Advisor to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact, scheduling service appointments and guiding customers through the repair process for motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and personal watercraft.

This on-site, full-time position offers commission-based pay along with medical, dental, and vision insurance, and employer-paid life and short-term disability.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a powersports or automotive dealership.
• Strong communication and customer service skills—verbal and written.
• Ability to write clear and concise service repair orders.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Motorcycle endorsement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service appointments for repairs, maintenance, and recalls.
• Greet customers and guide them through the service process.
• Document customer concerns and vehicle issues on repair orders.
• Communicate recommended work or delays to customers and Service Manager.
• Provide clear cost estimates and explain services.
• Promote additional services and current promotions.
• Monitor repair progress for timely, quality completion.
• Keep customers updated on repair status.
• Review completed work with the customer and ensure satisfaction.
• Perform other related duties as needed.
