Job summary

Jones Powersports in Lancaster is seeking a motivated Service Advisor/Writer to join our fast-paced service department. You will greet customers, assess service needs, write repair orders and estimates, and clearly communicate timelines and costs.

You’ll schedule appointments, manage workflow with technicians, and suggest maintenance to enhance customer satisfaction. We offer competitive hourly pay with incentives, PTO, discounts, and opportunities for advancement in a fun, energetic team.

Qualifications

• Service advisor/writer experience (powersports or automotive preferred).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in computer systems and dealer management software, with Lightspeed a plus.
• Passion for powersports is a big plus.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities
