Job summary

Jones Powersports in Lancaster, PA is seeking a motivated Service Advisor/Writer to join our busy Powersports Service Department. You will greet customers, assess service needs, and write repair orders and detailed estimates.

You’ll schedule appointments, relay clear timelines and costs, recommend maintenance, and coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient repairs. A passion for powersports and strong communication skills are essential, with Lightspeed or other DMS experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous service-advisor/writer experience preferred, especially in powersports or automotive settings.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Organized and detail-oriented with good data entry accuracy.
• Experience with Lightspeed or other dealer management software is a plus.

• Passion for powersports is a big plus
• Valid driver’s license
