Jones Powersports in Lancaster, PA seeks an experienced Powersports Sales & Finance Manager to lead our sales operations and oversee the finance process. This leadership role drives unit sales, profitability, and a best-in-class customer buying experience.

You will develop a high-performing team, review deals for profitability and compliance, manage F&I products, and collaborate across departments to deliver exceptional service and grow dealership performance.

Formación

• Previous experience in powersports, automotive, or similar dealership sales required.
• Proven experience in sales leadership and/or finance management.
• Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze sales and financial data to drive performance improvements.
• Working knowledge of F&I products and compliance standards preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve unit sales, gross profit, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Oversee the F&I process to ensure a smooth, compliant customer experience.
• Ensure a professional, transparent buying experience for every customer.
• Assist with inventory selection, pricing strategies, and showroom presentation.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members; conduct performance reviews.
