Job summary

Jones Powersports, part of the Jones Family of Dealerships in Lancaster, PA, seeks a Parts Consultant to assist riders with parts and accessories. This part-time role blends customer service with product knowledge across motorcycles, ATVs, and UTVs.

You will pull and ship orders, collaborate with the service team, and stay current on new products and trends in powersports, while maintaining a neat, well-stocked department.

Qualifications

• Previous parts experience preferred (powersports dealership experience strongly preferred).
• Knowledge of Lightspeed a plus.
• Strong knowledge of motorcycles, off-road vehicles, or similar equipment.
• Friendly, professional, and confident communication skills.
• Comfortable using parts lookup systems and basic computer software.
• Ability to lift and carry parts and equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Availability on Saturdays required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver topnotch customer service in person, over the phone, and online.
• Help customers identify the correct parts and accessories for motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and more.
• Accurately pull, pack, and ship parts orders.
• Work closely with the service department to keep repairs moving efficiently.
• Stay up to date on new products, launches, and parts trends in the powersports industry.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well stocked parts department.
