• Proficiency with sales software, CRM systems, and basic computer apps.
• Strong customer-service mindset with active listening to needs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to determine powersports needs and offer expert recommendations.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers with follow-up.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to inform purchase decisions.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive selling.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competition.
• Facilitate product demonstrations, test drives, and assist with financing options.
• Handle inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with sales team and management on strategies and promotions.
• Process sales transactions and complete required paperwork.
• Maintain a clean, organized showroom displaying powersports products.
