Job summary

Jones Powersports in Lancaster, PA is seeking an experienced Powersports Sales & Finance Manager to lead our sales operations and oversee the finance process. This leadership role drives unit sales, profitability, and a superior customer buying experience while upholding the Jones Family of Dealerships values.

You will mentor the sales team, manage F&I, ensure compliance, and collaborate with Service, Parts, and Administrative teams to deliver smooth, transparent transactions and long-term

Qualifications

• Experience leading sales teams in a powersports or automotive dealership.
• Strong understanding of financing, F&I processes and compliance.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the sales team to meet unit, gross profit, and customer-satisfaction targets.
• Review and approve all sales and finance deals for accuracy and profitability.
• Oversee F&I process and ensure compliant, customer-friendly financing and protection products.
• Manage customer experience from inquiry to delivery, addressing escalations promptly.
• Collaborate with Service, Parts, and Admin to ensure smooth operations.
• Track performance metrics, forecasts, and trends for leadership reporting.
