Jones Family of Dealerships in Lancaster, PA seeks an Automotive Finance Manager to lead F&I operations, structure deals, and optimize lender relationships in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

You will work with sales to present options, explain products, secure approvals, ensure compliance, and coach staff on best practices, delivering a seamless, customer-focused financing experience.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of automotive finance experience in a dealership environment.
• Strong knowledge of automotive financing, lender programs, and F&I products.
• Proven ability to structure and close deals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Professional demeanor with strong organizational and customer service abilities.

Responsabilités

• Partner with the sales team to identify and present financing and leasing options.
• Explain financing, warranty, and protection products to customers.
• Secure approvals through lenders and negotiate terms.
• Prepare, process, and submit accurate deal documentation.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws governing automotive finance and insurance.
• Maintain relationships with lenders and financial institutions.
