Job summary

Phillips and Temro Industries (PTI) is seeking a seasoned NA PowerGen sales leader to build and manage strategic relationships with OEMs, Tier I and data centers. The role focuses on developing the PowerGen sales plan, KPI-driven performance, CRM-driven forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration to drive revenue growth.

You will lead proposals, tailoring PTI’s value proposition to customers, deliver compelling presentations, and coordinate with product teams to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8 years blended technical and customer-facing experience in Sales.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Develops OEM, Tier I and data center relationships.
• Develops and executes the NA-based PowerGen sales strategy and business plan.
• Manages Sales Accounts for global OEMs and builds key relationships.
• Generates proposals and presentations to capture new business.
