Job summary

Pivotal Solutions is seeking a National Sales Manager to lead and execute the company’s national sales strategy across power generation and construction markets, driving revenue growth and expanding market share.

You will develop key customer relationships, forecast sales, and collaborate with Engineering and Estimating teams to align programs with corporate goals, reporting to the Director of Business Development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven track record in construction-related sales and building sales channels.
• Ability to develop strategic sales plans and manage key accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, dealers, distributors, and partners.
• Forecast sales, manage budgets, and prepare performance reports for leadership.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, service, and operations teams to align goals.
• Drive North American sales and strengthen the brand nationwide.
