Job summary

Generac Power Systems Inc is seeking a Project Manager to lead data center accounts and large industrial generator solutions from quote to lifecycle support. You will partner with Sales, Engineering, Operations and Service to deliver complex projects on schedule and within budget.

This role requires an engineering background, 5+ years of PM experience, and strong use of Salesforce, SAP, and Smartsheet. Travel up to 40% is expected to support mission-critical facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in project management with data-driven decisions.
• Expertise in change order management.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, SAP, Smartsheet, and MS Office.
• Ability to manage diverse technical workloads and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own project scope from quoting to lifecycle support.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans and timelines.
• Act as primary point of contact for stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Monitor budgets and forecast spending.
