Job summary

Clarke Energy seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead data center power generation projects, including Jenbacher engine installations and BOP infrastructure, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and client satisfaction.

You will oversee multi-disciplinary teams, coordinate with clients and vendors, and ensure strict adherence to HSE and QA standards across project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or 8+ years in power/data center construction.
• Experience managing large-scale EPC projects worth multi-millions.
• Knowledge of HSE, QA, and commissioning protocols.
• Willingness to travel nationally.
• Proficient in scheduling and project controls software.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams for data center power projects.
• Conduct site walks and safety/compliance oversight.
• Manage performance against timelines, scope, and quality.
• Organize internal coordination and one-to-one progress reviews.
• Provide training and mentorship to project staff.
• Interface with clients to align goals and resolve issues.
• Negotiate milestones and commercial terms with clients.
• Develop schedules using MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Forecast costs and manage revenue recognition per contract.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, QA, and commissioning.
• Source and manage vendor/subcontractor agreements.
• Report progress and risks to Project Director.
