Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Tech for AWS Data Center Power Generation Infrastructure to own delivery of next-gen energy innovations and power generation infra from concept to global implementation. You will drive large HV/MV projects with OEMs, influence across functions, and shape a new suite of product capabilities with a bold long-term vision.

You will partner with Procurement, Engineering, Legal and senior leaders to define strategy, enable rapid scaling, and deliver

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree is required.
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems in data centers including generators, power, and related equipment.

Responsibilities

Define success criteria, goals, and metrics for your product and partners.
Define product strategy and vision, and own roadmaps for major equipment categories with OEMs.
Advocate for optimized solutions across Engineering, Design, Suppliers, Procurement and other orgs.
Develop insights from data to inform future requirements.
Operate as SME within the DCC for supply risks and product requirements.
Develop mechanisms enabling rapid scaling of solutions.
Create detailed business requirements and use cases for product strategies.
Deliver regular reviews to leaders and align on product strategies.
Develop and drive the 3–5-year roadmap prioritizing OEM capabilities and industry trends.
