Irby Construction Company is seeking a Project Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate high‑voltage transmission and distribution projects. You will oversee multiple crews, ensure safety and quality, and drive cost‑effective delivery from pre‑construction to closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Construction Science/Management, Engineering or equivalent preferred.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Experience with project management software (Excel, P6, MS Project, EcoSys).

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-construction planning, meetings, and scheduling.
• Oversee budgets, cost forecasts, and subcontractor management.
• Develop and manage project schedules and cost-to-complete reports.
• Prepare billing, submittals, and client documentation.
• Direct multiple crews and coordinate safety, quality, and work flow.
