Irby Construction Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate high-voltage transmission and distribution projects. You will oversee multiple crews, ensure safety, quality, and cost-efficiency from pre-construction through closeout, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years of powerline construction experience, strong leadership, and knowledge of OSHA codes and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/engineering preferred
• PMP certification is a plus
• PM software skills: Excel, P6, MS Project

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-construction planning with estimators and stakeholders
• Review bid packages for accuracy and scope
• Develop construction schedules and organize crews
• Oversee budgets and cost projections
• Ensure safety and quality across projects
