Job summary

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the Power Systems Service Department.
Coach, mentor, and develop service staff.
Ensure exceptional customer service and efficient workflow.
Schedule service, track progress, manage warranties, and communicate with customers.
Monitor KPIs and drive process improvements.
Develop business plans, staffing, and growth initiatives.
Review estimates, quotes, and service documentation for accuracy.
Maintain safe, organized work environment and enforce safety standards.
