You will engage with customers, coordinate documentation and communications, ensure compliance with safety/environmental regulations, and drive service objectives while maintaining high quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' related experience and/or related military experience, or related education/training (degree, certificate, etc.).
• Ability to effectively lead and manage people.
• Ability to work flexible hours as business and/or customer needs require.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Keen attention to detail, high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, provide repair information, resolve complaints, and ensure follow-up to guarantee satisfaction.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate service records, schedule equipment delivery/pickup, and manage service supplies and tools.
• Uphold environmental, health, and safety regulations and ensure vehicles meet legal requirements.
