The role requires strategic planning, budgeting, and strong leadership to align with Carter and Caterpillar goals. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in industrial equipment sales, a growth mindset, and a proven ability to coach teams toward revenue targets while

Qualifications

• Proven industry sales leadership with track record of growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred.
• Minimum five years in high-level sales management experience.
• Strong product knowledge and negotiating to close deals.
• Self-directed with budgeting, forecasting and P&L experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of technical sales professionals in pipeline management and closing deals.
• Drive productivity and coach the sales team toward corporate goals.
• Create annual business plans with targets and growth initiatives.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and P&L; participate in strategic planning.
• Review commissions and ensure compliance with contracts and procedures.
• Collaborate with Marketing to promote campaigns and programs.
• Identify new business opportunities and guide PSD Division Manager.
