Job summary

Omicron-Electronics is seeking a Sales & Application Engineer for the US South Central region, based in Houston, TX. You will become technically proficient in Omicron products, build strong customer relationships, and support manufacturers' representatives across the territory.

You will coordinate visits, deliver product demonstrations, and contribute to business development while maintaining detailed CRM records and collaborating with Sales managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience using testing equipment for electric power systems preferred.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep technical proficiency in OMICRON products and solutions.
• Manage and support manufacturer representatives in the South Central territory.
• Coordinate customer visits, deliver product demonstrations, and provide post-sale support.
• Record and maintain customer meetings, leads, opportunities, and activities in CRM.
• Travel domestically up to 50% to cover region and attend conferences or exhibitions.
