Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electric power systems engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of power system protection, control, automation, communications, and integration technologies.
• Experience with power system design, studies, protective relay applications, and communication systems.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing business needs.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (minimum 25%).
• Successful completion of required background screening and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced knowledge of electric power systems to complete complex engineering assignments.
• Lead design, configuration, validation, installation, commissioning, and operation of protection and automation systems.
• Serve as a technical leader to ensure safe, on-schedule, within-budget delivery and high-quality results.
• Provide technical training and support to customers during project implementation and operation.
• Participate in development of technical proposals, project estimates, and customer solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and develop engineering solutions.
• Mentor and develop engineers; provide leadership and supervision when needed.
• Promote company values, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
