Job summary

LayerZero Power Systems LLC is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to develop and maintain customer relationships, generate sales opportunities, and prepare accurate quotes for generators, switchgear, UPS, and related electrical equipment.

You will work with engineering and operations teams to tailor solutions, support outside sales, and maintain CRM records, targeting data centers, industrial customers, and utilities. Strong communication and technical aptitude are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years inside sales, technical sales, customer service, or account management experience.
• Experience in power generation, electrical distribution, industrial equipment, HVAC, construction preferred.
• Ability to understand technical specifications, electrical drawings, and equipment configurations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding power system products and services.
• Generate and qualify leads through inbound and outbound sales activities.
• Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and bid packages.
• Follow up on quotations to secure orders and maximize conversions.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams for customer-specific solutions.
• Support outside sales with pricing, product selection, and account management.
