Power Systems West seeks an Inside Sales professional to support Industrial, Residential and power generation product lines. Key tasks include processing orders, CRM management, proposals, and coordination with Outside Sales. Excellent customer service and accurate data handling are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; an associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience or equivalent education.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management and organization abilities.

Responsabilités

• Process sales from start to finish and invoice customers.
• Manage ordering and receiving of equipment and accessories.
• Provide data sheets and product information to customers.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales to provide sales support.
• Create and maintain project files and manage AR aging reports.
• Handle orders and quotations by phone or email as needed.
• Update CRM and maintain accurate customer records.
