Job summary

Western States Equipment Company is seeking a customer-focused professional to support parts and service sales across our power systems portfolio. You will quote, estimate, and process parts orders, while coordinating with the Power Systems Product Support team to maximize opportunities in the territory.

The role requires effective communication, organization, and the ability to travel occasionally for training and site visits, in addition to adhering to safety policies and our client care

Qualifications

• Proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years parts experience preferred.
• 2 years sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of power systems products and applications.
• Must be able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CSA contracts and renewals with the PSSR.
• Manage team tasks to meet deadlines.
• Prepare estimates for openings, parts, labor, and scope.
• Perform sales functions for calls and walk-ins for power systems parts and service.
• Handle parts sales, quotes, orders, shipping options, and payments.
• Collaborate with Power Systems Product Support to coordinate opportunities.
• Promote awareness of alternatives and upsell options.
• Update client records and participate in campaigns.
• Adhere to client care standards and safety policies.
