Qualifications

• Bachelors in Electrical/Power Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in power systems design, electrical engineering, and/or hardware development.
• 5+ years in management/leadership with people leadership.
• Experience designing MDBs, PDPs, and electrical substations.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% (US and international).

Responsibilities

• Design, engineer, and optimize 3‑phase power systems for material handling operations.
• Specify MDBs, PDPs, and substations with proper sizing and protection coordination.
• Create one‑line diagrams, schematics, and panel schedules.
• Perform power quality, arc flash, and coordination studies.
• Lead hardware development for VFDs, sensors, and predictive maintenance systems.
• Develop and maintain electrical standards and A/E drawing sets.
• Ensure NEC/NFPA 70E compliance and safety.
• Collaborate with WWDE, Operations Engineering, and cross‑functional teams.
