RESA Power is seeking a Service Field Tech in Cleveland, OH to inspect, test and maintain power transmission and distribution equipment up to 500kV. You will perform start-up, testing, troubleshooting and data collection, and support protective relaying systems across high and medium voltage assets.

The role requires safety-focused work with strong customer communication, documentation of procedures, and on-call rotational duties. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED with 1 year of related field experience.
• Knowledge of NEC, NFPA, OSHA and NETA is preferred.
• Ability to safely work with high voltage equipment and follow electrical safety procedures.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect, test, troubleshoot and collect data on low, medium and high voltage equipment up to 500kV.
• Install, commission, test and maintain protective relaying equipment and switchgear.
• Develop and document commissioning, testing and maintenance procedures.
• Perform functional testing of substation control circuits and relay operations.
