Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc. is seeking a Power Systems Used Equipment Sales Representative to drive profitable growth of used CAT power generation and industrial engines.

You will source, evaluate, recondition, and market CAT equipment to maximize revenue and margins. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in power generation or industrial engine sales, deep CAT knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and experience with dealer networks and CRM tools.

Competenze

• 5+ years in power generation or industrial engine sales with strong CAT familiarity.
• In-depth knowledge of CAT generator sets, industrial engines, EMCP and related components.
• Proven ability to assess used CAT equipment condition, value and market demand.
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building and communication skills.
• Experience with CAT dealers, dealer systems, or CAT-branded rental operations.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and digital sales tools.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute strategies to grow used CAT generator and engine sales across key markets.
• Build relationships with customers, CAT dealers, rental fleets, brokers, and national accounts.
• Negotiate profitable deals involving CAT gensets, engines, exchange engines, and accessories.
• Coordinate with internal departments to align sales efforts with operations and support.
• Oversee inspections and valuations of used CAT power systems and maintain records.
• Market and promote high-quality listings and CAT-specific details.
