Job summary

Warren CAT in Texas seeks a dynamic Power Systems Sales Representative to grow coverage for standby electric, oil & gas, industrial, and rental power needs. You will drive sales and rentals of Caterpillar and Allied products across the assigned territory, building strong customer relationships and delivering value through service and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university.
• Five years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination.
• Minimum of three years' experience in equipment sales.
• Experience in rental or heavy machinery is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of CAT and Allied products.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new customers and develop sales leads within territory.
• Work with marketing to develop and execute campaigns.
• Travel within territory to call on customers and quote orders.
• Demonstrate products and emphasize salable features.
• Prepare sales contracts and determine delivery dates.
• Maintain CRM records and develop customer relationships.
• Attend trade shows and keep product knowledge current.
