Job summary

IBM Systems is seeking a System Services Representative in Coral Gables, Florida, to perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of IBM Power system equipment and third-party SaaS equipment. You will plan and deliver technical services, support incident resolution, and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities include collaborating with diverse teams, updating certifications, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across hybrid cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Exposure to IBM Power system equipment, including installation, maintenance, and repair procedures.
• Familiarity with IBM tools, such as Cognitive Support Platform (Salesforce) and Watson Einstein Analytics, to drive automation and improve client operations.
• Understanding of IT engineering concepts, including installation, customization, operation, recovery, and tuning.
• Familiarity with Hybrid Cloud environments, onsite Infrastructure Services, maintenance, and consultancy for Hybrid Cloud client environments.
• Certification in Digital Technical Solutions with the ability to constantly update and maintain proficiency in HW and SW solutions.

Responsibilities

• Install and on-site maintain IBM and third party vendor equipment.
• Provide technical support by identifying problems, resolving incidents, and advising on resolutions.
• Collaborate with teams across centers and business units to achieve high-quality resolutions and outstanding IBM service.
• Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction with service delivery and support.
• Update technical certifications to demonstrate proficiency in HW and SW solutions.
