Qualifications

• Exposure to Mainframe installation, maintenance, and repair.

• Maintaining and updating Digital Technical Certifications and soft skills trainings.

Responsibilities

• Install on-site Mainframe equipment and perform maintenance and repair.
• Provide technical support and guide resolutions for incidents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality service.
• Manage client relationships and satisfaction with service delivery.
• Update certifications to demonstrate proficiency in HW/SW solutions.
