Carter Machinery in Elkridge, MD is seeking an Engineering Sales Associate - Power Systems to learn under experienced personnel and develop the skills to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, present proposals, and negotiate contracts. The role focuses on meeting sales targets and increasing retention across Carter’s territory.

Ideal candidates have an Electrical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering background and prior sales or co-op experience.
