Boston Government Services (BGS) seeks an Electrical Engineer Power to support the Y12 National Security Complex in Oak Ridge, TN. This full-time, onsite role focuses on CNS Mission Engineering and maintaining critical electrical systems for a secure nuclear facility.

The engineer will develop design outputs to CNS standards, review Change Requests, and produce redlines for configuration-managed systems. U.S.

Qualifications

• ABET accredited BS Degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• U.S. citizen with ability to obtain security clearance.
• Successful drug screening and DOE Q clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop design outputs per CNS and national standards (NFPA 70, ASME).
• Review Change Requests and verify RTS documents are updated.
• Operate in NRC/DOE regulated environments with safety and compliance focus.
• Prepare redlined documents and coordinate with drafting personnel.
• Communicate effectively with production and support teams.
• Contribute to facility design engineering activities and reviews.
