Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in tendering, proposal management, marketing, or project-related roles.
• Experience working with technical products, equipment, or industrial solutions preferred.
• Knowledge of transformers, power systems, or electrical equipment is an advantage.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and data analysis tools such as Power BI.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, analytical, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Review RFQs and sales opportunities to understand customer requirements.
• Lead the preparation of bids, quotations, and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with engineering, legal, and sales teams to develop winning proposals.
• Analyze technical specifications and align solutions with customer needs.
• Develop pricing strategies that balance competitiveness and profitability.
• Coordinate risk reviews and internal approval processes.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant proposal submissions.
• Support contract award activities and project handover to execution teams.
