The role involves applying SEL products through visits, demonstrations, training, and remote support, while maintaining up-to-date expertise in power systems automation and SEL solutions. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, 5+ years of experience in power systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in power systems automation and communication.
- Experience with utility/industrial power systems focusing on automation, communications and control.
- Travel up to 25% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers by applying SEL products through visits, demos, training, and phone contact.
- Maintain and improve knowledge of power systems automation solutions and SEL products.
- Provide imaginative, thorough, practical solutions to complex problems.
- Participate in SEL marketing, sales activities, and technical meetings.
- Teach SEL University courses.
- Contribute to and review white papers, guides, and technical papers.
