• Understanding of project engineering scope in relation to project budget.
• Ability to lead multiple objectives with minimal guidance.
• Experience with industry standard communication protocols (IEC-61850, DNP, Modbus).
• Willing to travel at least 50% domestically and abroad.

Responsibilities

• Automation design specifications and drawings for projects.
• Lead the project engineering team from design through commissioning.
• Mentor team members and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Review and certify deliverables for customer submittals.
• Configure real‑time controllers and networked solutions for R/T data flow.
