Ideal candidates have a bachelor's in electrical engineering, 5+ years in protection/relays, strong communication, and willingness to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with power system protection and relays.
• Knowledge of utility and/or industrial power systems with emphasis on protection, control, and operations.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and team.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel 25%.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support and solutions for power system protection schemes.
• Teach, advise, and support customers to ensure reliability and safety of power grids.
• Design demonstrations of new technology or solutions for customers to illustrate value.
• Analyze responses of protective relays to power system faults.
• Collaborate with engineers to share knowledge and improve products.
