Job summary
Baker Hughes is seeking a Power Pricing Analytics & Value Manager in Houston to shape pricing strategies for energy solutions. You will build and maintain economic models, assess customer value, and support value-based pricing across power generation offerings.
The role collaborates with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Product Leadership to deliver data-driven insights, competitive intelligence, and actionable pricing tools that drive profitability and growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field is required.
- MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in Commercial Analytics, Pricing, or related commercial functions.
- Experience with Power Generation, energy markets, or industrial equipment is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain pricing analytics, value quantification, and market intelligence to support value-based pricing decisions.
- Quantify customer value drivers and translate technical differentiators into economic benefits.
- Develop and validate economic models for integrated power plant solutions and EPC scope.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analyses to inform pricing strategies.
