Qualifications

• Advanced SQL experience building and optimizing complex queries, joins, and data transformations across large relational datasets.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders through data-driven recommendations.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Hands-on experience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) systems (e.g. SFDC, Model N).
• Broad understanding of end-user applications and AE products; familiarity with power supplies or semiconductor equipment is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to senior stakeholders.
• Develop Python-based solutions to extract and analyze competitor data from APIs and other data sources (preferred).
• Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard development and data visualization (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Execute pricing strategies to support business objectives and profitability targets.
• Analyze competitive benchmarks, customer behavior, market dynamics, and cost structures to inform pricing decisions.
• Create pricing targets and establish performance benchmarks to measure the effectiveness of pricing strategies.
• Lead various pricing cycles, including price book rollouts, customer-specific price renewal analysis, and troubleshoot issues across system integrations.
• Perform cross-channel and customer segmentation pricing analysis.
• Develop pricing recommendations across the product lifecycle, including NPI pricing.
• Evaluate deal-level pricing strategies to optimize margins and financial outcomes.
• Leverage SQL and Python to structure and analyze large datasets for pricing optimization.
• Automate pricing recommendation, standardization, and process improvements.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to support pricing analytics, performance tracking, and executive reporting; comfortable operating as a Power BI developer.
• Ad hoc evaluation of pricing requests, discounts, and deal-based pricing scenarios.
• Monitor pricing compliance and adherence to corporate pricing policies and governance frameworks.
• Prepare executive-ready insights, reports, and recommendations on pricing performance.
