Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking an Information Technology Analyst – Power Platform to support development, testing, deployment, administration, and ongoing support of Power Platform solutions.

You will work with experienced developers, platform engineers, architects, business stakeholders, and citizen developers to deliver secure, reliable, and maintainable business solutions. The role spans governance, ALM, integration, data analytics, and AI capabilities, offering growth across Power Platform, Copilot

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience or 3+ years in lieu of a degree.
• Ability to work legally in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, deploy, and support solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and other Power Platform capabilities.
• Assist with Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, workflows, and process automation.
• Translate requirements from stakeholders into technical solutions.
• Follow governance, security practices, and reusable patterns.
• Support environments, deployments, access management, connectors and platform configuration.
• Assist with governance activities including security roles, DLP policies and controls.
• Manage application lifecycle: deployment pipelines, source control, CI/CD.
• Monitor performance and resolve operational issues.
• Troubleshoot failures and incidents; escalate as needed.
• Participate in reviews and testing; maintain solution documentation.
• Develop reusable components and templates; support Agile delivery.
