Job summary

Reworld Projects, LLC is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the safe and efficient operation of a heavy industrial power-generation facility on a rotating shift. You will supervise plant personnel, oversee boilers, turbines, and control systems, and ensure regulatory and environmental compliance.

You will report to the Operations Manager and coordinate with maintenance and operations teams to protect workers and equipment, maintain reliability, and meet performance targets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading plant operations and supervising personnel in an industrial setting.
• Knowledge of safety, environmental permits, and regulatory compliance in heavy industry.
• Familiarity with boilers, turbines, steam-generation systems, and power-generation equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, compliant, and efficient operation of the facility during assigned shift.
• Supervise plant personnel and oversee high-pressure boilers, turbines, and generation equipment.
• Coordinate operations and maintenance personnel to ensure reliable power generation.
• Conduct plant rounds and monitor equipment performance to stay within environmental permits.
